why eat in your underwear?

Eating in your underwear is a backwards euphemism for feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin. Eat what you like, eat with purpose, and eat simply. Balance is key, and once you learn this, you will feel so good, you'll want to do more than just eat in your underwear...
