The title says it all, really. Slather toast (I had whole wheat naan) with guacamole (or mashed avocado, seasoned to taste with kosher salt), and top with sliced hard-boiled eggs. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper.
1 hard-boiled egg, medium chop
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp capers
5 leaves basil, julienne or torn
Pinch kosher salt
Pinch black pepper
1. Slice, dice or wedge the tomatoes.
2. Add the chopped egg, olive oil, capers and basil.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
